At EYATES LUXE, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully inspected to ensure our customers receive exceptional-quality hair products.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs & Hair Extensions

Ready-to-ship products are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using your selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Custom Wigs & Personalized Orders

Custom wigs and personalized hair orders require 5–14 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.

This timeframe allows for customization, preparation, and quality inspection.

Once your custom order is complete, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method.

Please note:

  • Processing times and shipping times are separate.
  • Expedited shipping does not shorten custom wig preparation times.
  • Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.
  • Customers purchasing for special occasions are encouraged to order well in advance.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes not collected during checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, and destination-specific requirements.

Important: Only advertise destinations where you have enabled shipping and can legally fulfill orders. Your current list includes countries and territories that may be subject to shipping or trade restrictions.
